Taipei Zoo
The Taipei Zoo is the largest city zoo (land mass) in Asia... Upon entering the grounds, you will receive a ticket for the time slot on panda viewing session... Their tram will take you along to the bird sanctuary, the Amphibians and Reptile House, the Penguin House and other areas such as the Tropical, African, Australian, Desert Animal Areas... In the Insect House, it is possible to come in contact with insects up close... The entrance fee for the zoo it's really cheap (compared to Singapore's)... Can spend a couple of hours walking around the zoo because it is realy huge... The Zoo it's easily accessible via MRT... Noticed that they are still renovating the park... In the park, there are some animals with only 1 or 2 of each kind... They seems rather lonely and sad...

Maokong
Maokong its an unique sightseeing and tea tasting location... The tea farms here are famous for Bouzhong tea and Taiguan Ing. There are many teahouses with diversified styles... They are good places to visit no matter during day or night... The tea farms (open for sightseeing) are scattered around Lane 34, 38, 40 of Zhinan Road, Sec. 3, and the former half of Zhinan Road, Sec. 3... Most tea farms provide tea tasting or meals... There are also seasonal flowers around this area during January until June of the year... It consist of different type of flowers during different period of the year. I went during the Lupin season. It is a nice place for photo taking...

Rao He Night Market
Their specialties are Oyster Vermicelli, Spare Ribs stewed in herbal soup, Black pepper meat bun, duck meat and stinky tofu... It covers various kinds of booths for general merchandises, accessories and snacks at affordable price... Their Black pepper meat bun it's a "must try" in this night market... You will be expected to queue for it... It is located not very far from Wufenpu...

Wufenpu Wholesale market
Wufenpu is the largest commercial zone focusing on clothing in Taiwan. There are around 1,000 shops selling different types of clothes, shoes, bags and accessories... You will be able to find a lot of cheap stuff here... It is very huge which i can spend hours walking around this place... This place it's easily accessible via MRT...
