I have been to Swiss Garden Hotel a couple of times... We usually have a great memory and service when we stay there... This time... It is different... The standard of service have drop and that is really sad... >.<
The bed are very clean....

This hotel is very clean and well maintained... but......
We drive up to KL from Singapore... This is not the first time we check-in to this hotel... We usually receive good service from them but this time... This is one of our worst experience... Upon booking... We did mention that we would like to park the car at the lobby as we ever scratched our car in the carpark due to the steep slope during our first visit to this hotel... The last time we came to this hotel, we did receive the "VIP lot" at the lobby... But during this visit, their "Security Manager" stopped us from parking at the lobby and even give us a very bad attitude when we attempt to park at the lobby... It seems that their turnover rate of the hotel staff is high... Their service is getting real bad... I think service attitude is really important in Hotel industry...
